With generous fundraising help and support from our community, we have been able to staff our K-9 Unit with 4 Patrol Canine Teams and 2 Narcotics Patrol Canine Teams. All of the Teams have attended training and support officers on patrol in our community. We encourage you to attend one or more of our community events to meet Murphy, Mika, Corda, Jax and Nova with their Handlers. Your ongoing support is vital to the continued success of this program. This state-of-the-art facility, located at Temperance and Sierra Avenues, is a private-public partnership that provides excellent care for the animals within its walls; assists the community in finding new furry family members; and, aims to increase awareness about the importance of responsible pet ownership. Donations benefit the animals and support community events.

Volunteers and staff alike come together throughout the year to host special events for the community, including the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Breakfast and Clovis Night Out.
